From its founding in 1974 the fittings are manufactured in New Zealand. Every TRUDESIGN part is made from high tensile composite GRP, a glass fibre reinforced Polyamide (6). Every TRUDESIGN fitting has a tapered Whitworth pipe thread BSP (British Standard Pipe Thread) according to ISO 228-1, it is therefore fully convertible with fittings from brass, bronze or stainless steel.
